All orders are processed within 1 business day.
International orders generally ship within 10 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service selected.
Pre-ordered and backordered items are produced specifically for your order and may take up to 8 weeks to be produced before shipping.
A pre-order or backorder notification will be clearly displayed on the product page, including beside the price and above the Add to Cart button.
Because NoMiNoU follows a slow fashion, made-to-order and small-batch production model, production times may vary.
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.
For orders within Canada, applicable sales taxes will be calculated based on your province or territory.
For U.S. and international orders, taxes and duties may vary depending on the destination and applicable customs regulations. Any duties, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has been placed and payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt by email.

Once an order has been shipped, NoMiNoU is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.
All promotional purchases, sale items, and orders placed using a discount code or coupon are eligible for STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. No refunds will be issued.
This policy applies regardless of the discount amount or promotion used.
NoMiNoU does not offer refunds for purchases.
Eligible returns may be issued as store credit or an exchange only, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Store credit does not expire and may be used toward a future NoMiNoU purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your eligible NoMiNoU online purchase, you may request a store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned to us.
FINAL SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED, OR CANCELLED.
This includes items specifically marked Final Sale, as well as certain discounted items and purchases made during designated promotional or clearance events.
The Final Sale designation will be indicated on the applicable product or promotion.
If your order arrives damaged or an item appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us at orders@nomidesigns.ca as soon as possible.

If the item is confirmed to be defective or the result of an error on our part, NoMiNoU will provide instructions for returning the item and may cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Approved resolutions may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Refunds are not provided.

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns or exchanges requested for personal reasons, including choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or deciding that the item is not suitable.
For approved returns originating outside Canada, please be aware that international returns may take several weeks to arrive.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your approved store credit or exchange.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
No refunds will be issued.
If the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed manufacturing defect, NoMiNoU will provide instructions regarding applicable return shipping costs.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
All made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Due to the customized and on-demand nature of these products, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized by NoMiNoU.
A restocking fee may apply to certain returned items, and will be communicated at the time of return authorization.
NoMiNoU can add your logo or adjust our existing artwork to your brand colours for a personalized promotion or gift for your company. Custom or personalized orders are offered; however can take up to 8 weeks to ship and will be subject to additional fees. Minimum orders start at 50 pieces.
