These short-shorts are designed with an inside pocket at waist-band perfect for stashing keys, credit cards, or lip balm. A ChitoSanté finish is applied for a natural wicking and anti-bacterial element and also to add a soft hand to the fabric. ChitoSanté is a new environmentally friendly treatment made from post consumption shrimp and crab shells (EPA Certified).

In legends, Raven is credited for releasing the Sun and creating the Moon, Stars and Universe. Eagle is respected for its intelligence and power, as well as its extraordinary vision. Yin Yang is not indigenous to the Haida art form but incorporating the symbol depicts how Eagle & Raven seemingly opposite or contrary forces may actually be complementary.
