All orders are processed the next business day.
International orders generally ship in 10-12 business days.
Backordered items may take 4 – 6 weeks to ship.
PRICING & METHODS OF PAYMENT
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes and shipping. For customers ordering within Canada, taxes will be added based on your province. For international and US orders there are no taxes applied.
Upon placing an order and making payment you will receive a confirmation of your purchase with a receipt via email. Method of Payment options: Visa, MasterCard, America Express, E-Transfers.
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on national holidays, will be processed the following business day. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees for future shipments.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you are not happy with your NoMiNoU online purchase we will provide a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unworn and in its original packaging. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at email@example.com. We’ll need your order # or the email address used to place the order. If your order was damaged or defective upon receipt, please attach a photo of the defect. Please note that refunds will only be issued for items that are unworn and unwashed with tags attached (unless the item was damaged upon receipt).
Due to Hygienic reasons and the nature of non-medical grade face masks, Unisex Consideration Masks are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
2. After your return or exchange has been approved by e-mail, please include in your return package a short note quoting your order number, the details of your request, your shipping address and your e-mail address.
3. Ship the item back to the following address:

There are two ways to do this:
-Ship the item(s) back using Canada Post or the shipping provider of your choice using a tracking number. Packaging it up as small as possible will reduce the costs. Please note that it can take up to six weeks for an internationally-bound shipment to be returned to us.
– Ship the item(s) back to us using the shipping provider of your choice. If you are in Canada, the most economical way to ship an item is to lay it as flat as possible in a large envelope and ship as regular service lettermail without tracking, however we cannot be held responsible if the package does not arrive back to our warehouse. If it can fit through a mail slot, it can be shipped this way.
4. When we receive your package, we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive a refund notification via e-mail. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If your item is to be exchanged due to an error in fulfilling the order or defect we will cover the cost of shipping and will email you a return shipping label. If you wish to return or exchange for personal reasons (wrong size chosen, not suitable, etc), we will not be responsible for the shipping charges.
PROMOTIONS OR COUPON ORDERS
All promotional orders, or purchases using a discount code or coupon are only eligible for an exchange or credit. Credits expire 6 months after date of issue and must be used in a single transaction.
CUSTOM & PROMOTIONAL ORDERS
NoMiNoU can add your logo or adjust our existing artwork to your brand colours for a personalized promotion or gift for your company. Custom or personalized orders are offered however can take up to 8 weeks to ship and will be subject to additional fees. Minimum orders start at 50 pieces. All custom pieces are made to order, must be used on our current styles & sizes and are FINAL SALE.
