We are seeking responsible and positive people who are passionate about customer service and community engagement to work in our new Winnipeg retail location, set to open on May 3rd, 2017! JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Weekday Sales and Store Manager (full-time) and
Evening and Weekend Sales and Store Manager (full-time)
Key Duties
● Overall responsibility for managing operations of the store, including scheduling
● Support inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and physical inventories
● Ensure beautiful in store visual merchandising and presentation at all times
● Assist with planning and implementation of in-store events
● Possess in-depth knowledge of our brand and collection to knowledgeably train new sales associates and answer customer queries
● Identify immediate store needs and analyze store reports for communication with Founder
● Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction at all times
● Work closely with other store manager and sales associates
● Protect company assets and maintain a safe work environment
● Professionally represent the brand image and ensure all sales associates meet same standards
Qualifications
● At least one year of experience in a supervisory retail role
● Computer proficiency
● High School Diploma or GED required
● Bachelor’s degree preferred
● Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
● Excellent teamwork skills
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Ambitious, honest, and passionate about what you do
● A love for wellness, yoga, and movement-based practices is a strong asset
● Please note there are physical requirements, such as lifting boxes and carrying boxes, standing, walking, kneeling and ability to maneuver around sales floor and backroom

● Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
● Excellent teamwork skills

About NoMiNoU
NoMiNoU is an emerging athleisure apparel brand that is made in Vancouver, Canada. Pioneering the use of First Nations art and other original artwork in its prints, the brand is known for its distinctively Canadian designs. Our designs are inspired by original artwork from the late mother of NoMiNoU’s founder Jullianna Smith. We opened our first retail location at Tsawwassen Mills in fall 2016 to great success. Originally planned to be a pop-up location, due to popular demand we have established ourselves as a permanent tenant.
