What are my shipping options?

We ship all International orders through Canada Post Expedited Shipping without Tracking Number.

We ship all domestic orders through Canada Post Expedited Shipping with Tracking Number.

Orders within Canada and USA ship free with purchase over $150.

Canada Flat Rate: $15
USA Flat Rate: $18

For international orders: Flat rate shipping fee of $32 will be assessed during checkout.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed the next business day.

International orders generally ship in 10-12 business days.

Backordered items may take 4 – 6 weeks to ship.

How do I track my order?

When available, a tracking number is provided through Canada Post. Please visit the Canada Post website and enter in the tracking number provided in your order for the most accurate shipping details.

What is your exchange and return policy?

If you are not happy with your NoMiNoU online purchase we will provide a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unworn and in its original packaging. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

To return an item you must send us an email within 14 days of receiving your item, we will then provide return instructions.

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser.



Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on national holidays, will be processed the following business day. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees for future shipments.

International Shipping

We ship all orders through Canada Post. Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout, using standard fares provided by Canada Post, based on destination address. Please visit the Canada Post website for detailed fares to your destination.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Paypal, and Apple Pay. We only charge you after your order ships—please only click “Place Order” button one time to avoid multiple authorizations.

Did you just place an order and are already seeing a charge on your bank account? That’s what we call an “authorization.” This is common bank practice that ensures you have sufficient funds and verifies account authenticity. Depending on your bank, the authorization usually clears within 48 – 72 hours. If you need to speed up that process, contact your credit card’s issuing bank. Please note: We are unable to split tender by multiple credit cards. We do not accept checks, cash, or money orders online.

If an error message appeared after you click “Place Order,” then there may be an issue with the billing and/or shipping information entered. Double check—even triple check—that the billing information you entered during checkout is an exact match to the information your credit card provider has on file. This information includes cardholder’s name as it appears on card, billing address, credit card number, expiration date, and CSV code.

Gift Cards

Any e-gift card purchased online at is redeemable online only. They can be any amount up to $250 and cannot be purchased at a discount. Sales tax will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards, but it will be applied to the purchase being paid for by gift card. Our gift cards are available to online customers only at this time. Also good to know: our gift cards have no expiration date, service charges, or dormancy fees. They’re non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law). Apologies if you’ve misplaced or had your gift card stolen—unfortunately we can’t replace it. We also reserve the right to change, amend or terminate the Terms and Conditions of our gift card program at any time with or without notice in our sole discretion.

My Order

Order Processing

All orders are fulfilled by our warehouse, located in Vancouver within one or two business days from the date of your order confirmation. Our business days are Monday thru Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. All orders received before 12pm PST will be processed same day; any orders placed after 12pm PST will be processed on the following business day. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed during sale promotions and on or around federal and Canadian holidays.

We try to send out your order confirmation email within moments of you placing an order. But things happen—if you do not receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam as it may have been flagged. And if you are still unable to locate your order confirmation, please contact our customer service team to retrieve the order information.

Order Change

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. We’re happy to assist you with returning an order once you receive it. If you refuse delivery of an order you’ve placed, it’ll be returned to our warehouse and you’ll receive a refund for the merchandise plus tax. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Order Cancellation

This doesn’t happen often, but if your order was cancelled because the item you selected became no longer available or is out of stock, you’ll hear from us via email within three business days of placing your order.

In the case that your order was cancelled in our system due to a risk of fraudulent activity, you’ll be notified by email within three business days. This is strictly for your security and we apologize for any inconvenience. If your order was flagged as fraud in error, please contact your financial institution.

Product Care

Washing Instructions

For all NoMiNoU products, use cold water wash, gentle cycle and lay flat to dry.


All leggings, capris and shorts are made from a blend of 12% spandex and 88% recycled polyester, which is made from recycled PET (a 100% post-consumer recycled raw material that is derived from recycled post-water bottles). This is an eco-friendly fabric that adheres to the Global Recycled Standard (GRS). All leggings, capris and shorts are made from yarns that have achieved Gold Level Certification by GRS.

No·Mi·No·U tanks and pullovers are also made using eco-friendly materials. These products are made from fabric comprised of 67% rayon from bamboo, 29% cotton and 4% spandex.

Return Policy

If you are not happy with your NoMiNoU online purchase we will provide a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unworn and in its original packaging. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at [email protected]. We’ll need your order # or the email address used to place the order. If your order was damaged or defective upon receipt, please attach a photo of the defect. Please note that refunds will only be issued for items that are unworn and unwashed with tags attached (unless the item was damaged upon receipt).

Due to Hygienic reasons and the nature of non-medical grade face masks, Unisex Consideration Masks are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

2. After your return or exchange has been approved by e-mail, please include in your return package a short note quoting your order number, the details of your request, your shipping address and your e-mail address.

3. Ship the item back to the following address:

There are two ways to do this:

-Ship the item(s) back using Canada Post or the shipping provider of your choice using a tracking number. Packaging it up as small as possible will reduce the costs.  Please note that it can take up to six weeks for an internationally-bound shipment to be returned to us.

– Ship the item(s) back to us using the shipping provider of your choice.  If you are in Canada, the most economical way to ship an item is to lay it as flat as possible in a large envelope and ship as regular service lettermail without tracking, however we cannot be held responsible if the package does not arrive back to our warehouse. If it can fit through a mail slot, it can be shipped this way.

4. When we receive your package, we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive a refund notification via e-mail. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. If your item is to be exchanged due to an error in fulfilling the order or defect we will cover the cost of shipping and will email you a return shipping label.  If you wish to return or exchange for personal reasons (wrong size chosen, not suitable, etc), we will not be responsible for the shipping charges.

Returns In Store

In-Store returns are accepted for all online purchases through the NoMiNoU website and NoMiNoU flagship stores. If you are not happy with your NoMiNoU Activewear purchase we will provide a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt. All returned items must be unworn, in its original packaging with tags attached. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
